The Placement & Training Cell
The Department of Placement and Training at AJCE enhances not only the employability skills of graduating Amalites but also their overall personality — preparing them for the most demanding recruitment environments through structured training and live industry exposure.
The department organises on-campus and off-campus recruitments and pre-placement training programmes through aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews and presentation skills, in collaboration with the Department of Humanities and core departments. Mock interviews and GDs are conducted regularly to equip final and pre-final year students to face the challenges of the recruitment scenario. A Placement Assistance Cell in each department evaluates student performance after every drive — identifying strengths and areas to improve, and extending intensive support to candidates who need additional preparation.
