Summary of activities carried out:                           

The chief mentor of the club Mrs. Shiney Thomas gave an introduction of the club to the club members present. Then the various club activities that could be done in this semester were discussed. As a part of knowing each other, the club members introduced themselves and shared their views and aspirations on becoming a part of  the club activities overall development. Unfortunately elections for the post of office bearers couldn't be conducted as the students of  S5 CSE  and IT were absent as turning point program was being conducted for them in the meantime.

Plan of activity for next week:
An innovative seminar on C by Anish Rajan Kurien of  S7 CSE was proposed. The seminar was to include various aspects like abstract coding,logical thinking and reasoning and so on. Election of the office bearers was also proposed to be conducted,next week.

Summary of activities carried out:
A seminar on C was taken by Anish Rajan Kurian of S7 CSE. The seminar gave an introduction to C language. It also included the basic ideas of  abstract coding, logical thinking and reasoning. The election of the office bearers of the club, which was planned to be conducted on the respective day was again postponed as the club members from S5 and S3 batches were not able to attend the meeting.

Plan of activity for next week:
A seminar was planned to be taken by Mr. Devassy Jose of S7 IT on the subject Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
The election of the office bearers was again planned to be conducted on the next  week.

The office bearers of the club were elected. The club members nominated the names of the candidates and an election was conducted.

All the elected members briefly spoke about their aims and ideas they would like to introduce and conduct so as to ensure the overall development of the club.
A seminar on the topic Object Oriented Programming was conducted by Devassy Jose of S7 IT. Several misconceptions were cleared during that informatory seminar. All the members from S3 IT were not able to attend the meeting due to prior reasons. 

Plan of activity for next week:
Suggestions to divide the club into various groups so as to bring out and implement various innovative schemes were made. Suggestions were also made to bring intellectual minds to take sessions on various strategic topic.

Summary of activities carried out:
The club was divided into various groups. There were groups for Debugging, Aptitude/Puzzles, Graphics using C and C++, Python, Games using C and C++, New languages. Suggestions were made to bring external help based on contacts and with the aid of fund collected from the members of the club.

Plan of  activities for next week:
Group leaders were to be decided. Various contacts for conducting seminars were to be discussed. Voluntarily opted assignments and projects would be discussed. Also seminar on interfacing programs using C will be conducted by Emil Chacko of S7 CSE.
