1ST WEEK
The meeting started at 12.00 pm. Today selection of the office bearers was held and they are the following. An executive committee was also formed. Then a discussion on what the club can do was conducted and some decisions were taken. The meeting ended at 12.55 pm. Out of 68 members 60 was present.
2ND WEEK
The meeting started at 12.00 pm. Today the whole club members were divided into 6 groups and each group was ordered to conduct the meeting s on each day. The things each group has to conduct are a) seminar b)a circuit with explanations c)answers to the questions asked to them. A new joint secretary was selected in place of the earlier one who shifted to the other club.Out of 62 members(new list) -- were present. The meeting concluded at 12.55 pm.
3RD WEEK
In the absence of the president, Vice president presided over the function. The first group took seminars on Voice Morphing, Working of DTH etc. Then a decision to conduct a quiz on the next day was taken. The I group members answered all the questions asked to them. Then questions for the second group was selected and given to them. The meeting ended at 12.55 pm.

The president presided over the function. Since the second group were not ready with the quiz Deepu Cyriac took a class on the difference between in Dual Core and Core 2 duo. The Surya of S3ECE submitted his study on GPS. Mr.Liju Oomen sir explained the GPS in very detail and also he gave a talk on the difference between GSM and CDMA technologies that is used in cellular phone operations. The meeting ended at 12.55 pm with the decision that the second group will conduct the next meeting. |
